What to bring: All fishers including children, will need a Tidal Waters Sport Fishing Licence, available at fishing and outdoor stores or online here. In order to retain any fish you will need a salmon stamp with your licence. As of 2020, you are able to have a digital licence instead of a paper copy. Taking a screenshot of the license is the easiest way to show your license when boarding and if requested by fisheries officers. If you suffer from sea sickness, or don't have any experience on the ocean, please take and bring appropriate medication. Please bring enough food and beverages to supply you for the trip. Shorts are fine on warm summer days but it can be cooler on the water in the spring, so pants and a jacket may be needed. For footwear, any soft soled shoes like runners or sandals are fine. No boots please, (asides from rain boots) as they can mark and damage the fibreglass floor of the vessel. Hats, sunglasses and sunscreen are highly recommended.
